5m 4 Ring (C160)

The C160 is the largest standard silo in the 5m family and is used where the project needs major storage volume without moving to a larger diameter structure. By this stage, the silo is not simply supporting the boiler. It is helping define how the site will operate, how often it needs intervention, and how much storage resilience is available across the season.

This is storage that starts setting the rhythm of the plant.

The C160 is typically chosen when:

• maximum storage is required within the 5m diameter class
• long autonomy is important
• the project wants to avoid the larger footprint of 6m alternatives

It gives the site a way to push storage capacity significantly higher while preserving a known geometry and avoiding an immediate jump to the next diameter family.

At this point, storage is no longer just making the system easier to live with. It is shaping operating strategy. Sites using a silo of this class are typically thinking about sustained autonomy, seasonal planning, and broader infrastructure integration rather than simple day-to-day handling convenience.
