5m 1 Ring (C40)

The C40 is one of the most misunderstood silos in the range because it does not look like the best value if you compare volume alone. That is the wrong way to assess it. The C40 exists for sites where geometry, integration, and ongoing operating cost matter more than simply maximizing cubic metres per structure.

This is a layout-driven solution, not a volume-driven one.

The C40 gives the site:

• larger diameter
• lower overall height
• increased roof area

That combination creates a very specific engineering advantage: it can allow dust extraction to be mounted directly on top while avoiding the need for transfer fans in the right layout.

Avoiding transfer fans is not a minor detail. It can reduce capital complexity and cut ongoing electrical cost materially over the life of the system. That is why the C40 can be the correct choice even when another model appears stronger on paper by simple volume comparison.

The C40 is for projects where the site geometry is driving the answer and where an intelligently chosen lower structure produces a better system overall.
