Summary

The C6 is the smallest conical silo in the Ranheat range and is used where space is extremely limited, but a bunker format is not the right answer. It is not trying to compete with larger silos on autonomy. Its role is to provide a compact gravity-discharge solution for sites that need a small buffer and a clean, simple installation footprint.

This is a geometry-led choice. If the layout favours a conical vessel and the required storage volume is modest, the C6 provides a practical way into silo-based storage without introducing a larger structure than the site can support.

Why Choose C6

The main value of the C6 is not scale. It is fit.

  • Gravity discharge keeps the fuel path simple.
  • The compact footprint helps in highly constrained plant layouts.
  • Integration into small systems is straightforward where bunker installation is awkward or impractical.

This model exists for sites where the physical layout is driving the decision more than the weekly storage requirement.

Best Use

The C6 is typically used when:

  • a small buffer is required
  • conical discharge is preferred
  • layout constraints prevent bunker installation

It solves a different problem from a bunker. A bunker may still be the better answer if the site wants low fill height or direct dust-extraction integration. The C6 is the right choice when a small conical form is the cleaner engineering solution.
