Summary
The C80 offers broadly similar storage class to the C75, but in a different geometry. That is the core reason it exists. It is chosen when the site needs serious industrial storage, but cannot comfortably accommodate the taller structure of a narrower silo.
This is a straightforward engineering trade: more footprint in exchange for less height.
Why Choose C80
The C80 is the right answer when:
- height is restricted
- ground space is available
- the project still needs a strong autonomy gain rather than a modest storage step
It gives the site access to high-capacity storage without forcing a taller form that the building or layout may not tolerate.
Selection Logic
If the site can accept a wider footprint, the C80 is often the cleaner solution than trying to force a taller silo into an awkward space. It is best understood as a geometry-led equivalent to the C75 class rather than a completely different storage need.
