Summary
Enogia ORC 40LT — turnkey organic Rankine cycle generator recovering up to 640 kWth of low-grade heat into 40 kWe of electricity using twin kinetic turbines.
About the Enogia ORC range
The Enogia ORC 40LT is an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) generator manufactured by Enogia and supplied by Ranheat. It turns low-grade waste heat — from biomass boilers, gas engines, geothermal sources or industrial processes — into grid-compliant electricity. Any heat flow between 70 and 120 °C can be recovered.
Each unit is a turnkey, plug-and-play system built on a single skid, assembled and performance-tested in the Enogia workshop, with high-speed patented micro-turbines, standard-flange hydraulic connections and 24/7 remote control and monitoring.
The remaining heat from the cold loop can be recovered for floor heating, drying systems or greenhouses, taking overall efficiency close to 95%.
